The Board of Public Utility Commissioners of the Department of Public Utilities shall approve all electrical inspection authorities for inspection of electrical construction work by an electrical contractor licensed under the provisions of P.L.1962, c.

162.The Board of Public Utility Commissioners is authorized to promulgate all rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1971, c. 244, s. 2, eff. June 24, 1971.
