Text
Jurisdiction and power is hereby conferred upon the Superior Court, chancery division of this State, at the suit of the board, to enforce compliance with sections 48:3-7.8 and 48:3-7.9 of this Title through sequestration of, or the appointment of a receiver for, the property in this State of any public utility failing to comply with the same. Amended by L.1962, c. 198, s. 37.
