2.The identification badge shall not be larger than 2 " x 4 " and shall be made in such a way and of such material that any attempt to alter said badge will result in it being immediately, permanently and obviously ruined. The card shall be in the following form: Color Photograph of Employee's Name Employee's Face in a size adequate to Date of Issuance permit recognition Employee's Signature Validation Public Utility's Name L.1977,c.35,s.2; amended 2001, c.256.
