Text
Every sewerage company organized under the laws of this State may enter upon any lands in the neighborhood of the municipality which it is intended to supply with a sewerage system and make all such preliminary surveys, examinations, explorations, measurements and levelings as may be necessary for its corporate purposes, subject to the right of the owners to full compensation for damages to their lands. Amended by L.1962, c. 198, s. 159.
