§ 48:13-14 — Rentals for use of sewers
New Jersey·Title 48 PUBLIC UTILITIES
Such company may contract with property owners and others for the use of its system of sewerage for such price or rents and such restrictions as the company may think proper in accordance with approved tariffs filed with the Board of Public Utility Commissioners. Amended by L.1962, c. 198, s. 163.
