Text
Any company violating any of the provisions of this act shall be subject to a penalty of $100.00, for each offense, to be recovered in an action, which shall be brought by the Attorney General in the name of and for the use of the State, and the procedure therein shall be in accordance with the provisions of the "Penalty Enforcement Law" (N.J.S. 2A:58-1 et seq.), as amended and supplemented, and the hearing in any such action shall be without a jury. L.1966, c. 123, s. 4.
