Text
Tickets for passengers, except excursion tickets or tickets sold at reduced rates, should be good for 6 months. Tickets sold at reduced rates shall be good and entitle the holder to passage for a limited number of days only after the date of issue thereof, which limit shall be clearly stated upon the ticket. This act shall not apply to such tickets sold prior to the effective date of this act. Amended by L.1974, c. 173, s. 1, eff. Dec. 10, 1974.
