Text

Every company operating a railroad in this State shall equip each diesel locomotive in use upon its railroad with an exhaust fan for the ventilation of the cab of such locomotive or other ventilation device which will free the cab of exhaust gases in such cases as the Commissioner of Labor and Industry, after investigation, shall certify to be necessary for the health and safety of employees of said company. Any such company refusing or neglecting to make such provision shall forfeit $100.00 for each violation. L.1966, c. 119, s. 1.
