§ 48:12-72 — Expense of certain crossings not at grade
New Jersey·Title 48 PUBLIC UTILITIES
The State Highway Department shall bear the entire expense of locating and constructing all crossings of railroads and State highways not at grade to carry new highways over or under the railroads where the construction of such crossings does not result or will not result in the closing, abandonment or combination of an existing grade crossing at or in the vicinity of the new highway crossing. Amended by L.1962, c. 198, s. 131.
