§ 48:12-69 — Railroad companies to be furnished annual program; co-operation required

The State Highway Department shall furnish the annual program to every company owning or operating a railroad which is called upon to perform work under the program. Every such railroad company shall co-operate with the State Highway Department in the prompt execution and completion of the work. Amended by L.1962, c. 198, s. 128.
