Text

Where the order of the board shall require changes in or the removal of the property or facilities of any other public utility, the public utility shall at its own expense move or change the location or grade of its property or facilities in conformity with such order; provided, that if funds are granted or allotted by the United States Government or any of its agencies, the board may, with the consent and approval of the Governor, allot and credit any or all of the funds so received toward the payment of the expenses to be borne by such utility or utilities. They shall be deemed parties in interest and be given notice of hearing and opportunity to be heard Amended by L.1962, c. 198, s. 123.
