Text
Service of the said notice shall be made by certified mail, return receipt requested, addressed to the Governor in cases of service upon the State, to the director or clerk of the board of chosen freeholders, in cases of service upon a county, and to the mayor or municipal clerk, in cases of service upon a municipality. L.1967, c. 282, s. 3, eff. Jan. 18, 1968.
