§ 48:12-117 — Freight charges
New Jersey·Title 48 PUBLIC UTILITIES
Any railroad company may demand and receive such sums of money for the transportation of property on its railroad and connections and for any other services connected with such transportation on or over its railroad or to or from the same as it may from time to time think reasonable and proper in accordance with its approved tariff on file with the Board of Public Utility Commissioners. Amended by L.1962, c. 198, s. 141.
