§ 48:12-58 — Warning signs at grade crossings
New Jersey·Title 48 PUBLIC UTILITIES
Every railroad company shall install and maintain at each highway crossing at grade a conspicuous sign with such inscription and of such standard and design as shall be approved by the Board of Public Utility Commissioners, so as to be easily seen by travelers. Amended by L.1962, c. 198, s. 121.
