§ 48:12-100 — Right to demand and receive fares

New Jersey·Title 48 PUBLIC UTILITIES
A railroad company may demand and receive such sums of money for the transportation of persons on its railroad and connections and for any other services connected with the business of transportation of persons over its railroad or to or from the same, in accordance with its approved tariff on file with the Board of Public Utility Commissioners. Amended by L.1962, c. 198, s. 139.
