§ 45:8-80 — Waiving of requirements for continuing education.
New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS
8.The committee may, in its discretion, waive requirements for continuing education on an individual basis for reasons of hardship such as illness or disability, retirement of a license, or other good cause. L.2005,c.201,s.8.
