§ 45:8-34 — Records; proceedings of examining board; applicants for licenses; evidence
New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS
The examining board shall keep a record of its proceedings and a record of all applicants for license, showing for each the date of application, name, age, education and other qualifications, place of business and place of residence, whether or not an examination was required and whether the applicant was rejected or a certificate of license granted, and the date of such action. The books and register of the examining board shall be prima facie evidence of all matters recorded therein. A public register showing the names and places of business and residences of all licensed professional engineers and land surveyors and engineers-in-training shall be prepared under the direction of the secretary-director during the month of June of each year; such public register shall be printed and a copy
