§ 45:8-77 — Rules, regulations
New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS
17.The board, after consultation with the committee, shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1997,c.323,s.17.
