Text
Nothing in this act shall be construed as giving the licensed professional land surveyor or his agents, servants or employees any right to destroy, injure or damage the land or any person or property on the land of another. A licensed professional land surveyor or his agents, servants or employees shall be liable for any such destruction, injury or damage which he is found to have caused to such persons, property or land. L.1983, c. 460, s. 3, eff. Jan. 12, 1984.
