Text

The following shall be exempted from the provisions of this chapter:

(1)A person not a resident of and having no established place of business in this State, practicing or offering to practice herein professional engineering or land surveying within the meaning and intent of this chapter, when such practice does not exceed in the aggregate 30 consecutive days in any calendar year; provided, such person is legally qualified by license to practice said professional engineering or land surveying in any State or country in which the requirements and qualifications for a certificate of license are at least comparable to those specified in this chapter. However, no final plans or reports may be submitted under this provision.
(2)A person not a resident of and having no established place of bus
