Text
The committee shall consist of nine residents of this State who shall be appointed by the Governor. Four members shall be audiologists or speech-language pathologists who shall fulfill the licensure requirements of this act, but not more than three of these members may represent the area of audiology or speech-language pathology. Two members shall be persons who are licensed to practice medicine and surgery by this State, one who is a diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology and one who is a diplomate of the American Osteopathic Board of Otolaryngology. Two members shall be public members and one member shall be a State representative. L.1983, c. 420, s. 4, eff. Jan. 5, 1984.
