Text
All applicants for license renewal shall submit to the director evidence of satisfactory completion of such continuing education requirements as are determined and published by the director. The director shall notify each licensed individual of any failure to comply with this requirement, and shall further notify him that upon continued failure to comply within 3 months of the date of the notice, the director in consultation with the committee, may, in his discretion, take action, pursuant to section 20 of this act, to suspend or revoke the license.
