11. a. An applicant for examination or licensure as a landscape architect shall provide the board with evidence satisfactory to it that he:

(1)Is the holder of a bachelor's or higher degree in landscape architecture from a college or university having a landscape architecture curriculum approved by the board; and (2) Has engaged in landscape architectural work satisfactory to the board to an extent that his combined college study and practical experience total at least eight years. b. (1)A New Jersey licensed architect, licensed professional engineer, licensed land surveyor, or licensed planner may be licensed by the board as a landscape architect if:
(a)The architect, engineer, land surveyor, or planner
