10.Each person applying for licensure as a landscape architect shall make application therefor to the board on the form and in the manner the board prescribes. Each applicant shall furnish evidence satisfactory to the board that he: a. Is of good moral character; b. Meets the educational and experience qualifications prescribed by P.L.1983, c.337 (C.45:3A-1 et al.) for licensure as a landscape architect; and c. Unless exempt from examination pursuant to P.L.1983, c.337 (C.45:3A-1 et al.), has passed an examination satisfactory to the board. L.1983, c.337, s.10; amended 2008, c.77, s.8.
