17.All jurisdiction, powers, duties and responsibilities vested in the Landscape Architect Examination and Evaluation Committee with respect to the practice of landscape architecture shall be immediately transferred to and vested in the New Jersey State Board of Architects, which board shall hereafter govern the practice of landscape architecture in this State in accordance with all applicable laws. L.2008, c.77, s.17.
