6.The board shall organize within 30 days after the appointment of its members and shall annually elect from among its members a chairperson and vice-chairperson, and elect a secretary who need not be a member of the board. The chairperson position shall rotate annually between: a member holding current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration who may not also be eligible for certification by either the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists or the American Clinical Board of Nutrition and a member credentialed by either the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists or the American Clinical Board of Nutrition who is not eligible for registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
