Text

8.The members of the board shall serve without compensation. Members shall be reimbursed by the State Treasurer for their actual expenses arising out of their service on the board. All reimbursements shall be paid from the revenues of the board. No officer or employee of the State shall be deemed to have forfeited or shall forfeit his office or employment or any benefits or emoluments by reason of his appointment to the board or his appointment as a consultant to the board or his performance of other services for the board.
