§ 45:12B-15 — Student registrations
New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS
15.The board may issue a student registration to any person who has received a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university approved by the Department of Higher Education and who is working toward fulfillment of the requirements for licensure as an orthotist, prosthetist or prosthetist-orthotist. A student registrant shall work only under the direct and immediate supervision of a licensed orthotist, prosthetist or prosthetist-orthotist, who shall be responsible for the actions of the registrant. Student registrations shall be in effect for a period of two years and may be renewed once for an additional two years. L.1991,c.512,s.15.
