Text
19.All applicants for license renewal shall submit to the board evidence of satisfactory completion of the continuing education requirements established and published by the board. The board shall notify each licensed individual of any failure to comply with this requirement, and shall further notify such a person that upon continued failure to comply within three months of the date of the notice, the board may take any action authorized by section 23 of this act, concerning the suspension or revocation of a license.
