Text
22.All fees and fines imposed by the board shall be forwarded to the State Treasurer for deposit in the General Fund. Any expenditure deemed necessary to carry out the provisions of this act shall be paid by the State Treasurer from the funds collected and forwarded by the board. The expenditures made pursuant to this act shall not exceed the revenues from the operation of this act during any fiscal year. L.1991,c.512,s.22.
