7.The members of the board, before entering the discharge of their duties, and within 30 days of their appointment, shall take and subscribe to an oath before an officer authorized to administer oaths in this State for the faithful performance of their duties and shall file the oath with the Secretary of State. Regular meetings of the board shall be held at such times and places as the chairperson prescribes, and special meetings may be held upon the call of the chairperson or the vice-chairperson in the chairperson's absence. At least one regular meeting shall be held each year. L.1991,c.512,s.7.
