§ 44:11-8 — Liberal construction; costs
New Jersey·Title 44 POOR
This act shall be liberally construed to secure the beneficial intent and purpose hereof. All proceedings under this act shall be without costs except witness fees as required. L.1964, c. 155, s. 8.
