New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
16.The Division of Pensions and Benefits in the Department of the Treasury shall make an annual report of the conditions of such fund and the manner in which same is invested. L.1941, c.220, s.16; amended 2013, c.253, s.28.
