§ 43:7-16 — Other pensions
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
No person who shall receive any pension under any other law of this State shall be entitled to receive the benefits of this act. L.1941, c. 220, p. 634, s. 10.
