§ 43:22-8 — Rules and regulations
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
The State Agency shall make and publish such rules and regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of this act, as it finds necessary or appropriate to the efficient administration of the functions with which it is charged under this act. L.1951, c. 253, p. 897, s. 8.
