Text
The expenses of administration of the State Agency shall be paid by the State of New Jersey. Each employer shall reimburse the State for a proportionate share of the amount paid by the State for administrative expense. This proportion shall be established by regulation of the State Agency and the pro rata share of the cost of administrative expense shall be included with the employer's report of covered wages and payment of contributions due. L.1980, c. 86, s. 5, eff. Aug. 21, 1980.
