§ 43:22-10 — Partial invalidity
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
If any provision of this act, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the act and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby. L.1951, c. 253, p. 897, s. 10.
