§ 43:17-21 — Office of representative, filling vacancies
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
43:17-21. If a vacancy occurs in the office of representative, it shall be filled forthwith by the company, association or board by which the representative was elected, for the remainder of the term for which he was elected, at a special election held for that purpose. Amended 1996, c.151, s.18.
