§ 43:17-20 — Meetings

New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
43:17-20. The board of representatives shall be convened by its president at least five times a year and when the president thinks proper or is requested so to do by a majority of the representatives. The board of trustees shall be convened by its chairperson at least twice a year and when the chairperson thinks proper or is requested so to do by any trustee. The representatives may provide in their by-laws for regular stated meetings of the representatives and the trustees. Amended 1996, c.151, s.17.
