§ 43:17-17 — Quorum
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
43:17-17. A majority of the board of representatives or of the board of trustees, as the case may be, shall constitute a quorum at the meetings of the respective boards. Amended 1996, c.151, s.14.
