Text
The governing body of any county or municipality may acquire, by purchase or lease, maintain, improve, equip and operate any existing public transportation passenger or freight rail line, including its appurtenant lands and ancillary structures and facilities. L.1964, c. 209, s. 1, eff. Oct. 20, 1964. Amended by L.1982, c. 15, s. 2, eff. March 29, 1982.
