§ 40:9B-2 — Appropriation of funds
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The board of chosen freeholders of such county or the governing body of such municipality may appropriate funds to carry out a program or programs established and maintained pursuant to this act. L.1964, c. 254, s. 2, eff. Dec. 29, 1964.
