Text
The governing body of a municipality may appropriate funds for the expenses incurred by the environmental commission. The commission may appoint such clerks and other employees as it may from time to time require and as shall be within the limits of funds appropriated to it. L.1968, c. 245, s. 5, eff. Aug. 6, 1968. Amended by L.1972, c. 35, s. 6, eff. May 25, 1972.
