§ 40:56A-4 — Records and annual report
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
An environmental commission shall keep records of its meetings and activities and shall make an annual report to the governing body of the municipality. L.1968, c. 245, s. 4, eff. Aug. 6, 1968. Amended by L.1972, c. 35, s. 5, eff. May 25, 1972.
