A commission created pursuant to this supplementary act shall have, with respect to all the participating municipalities, and to each of them, all the functions, duties and powers of an environmental commission established in a single municipality under sections 2 and 3 of P.L.1968, c. 245 (C. 40:56A-2 and 40:56A-3) and section 7 of P.L.1972, c. 35 (C. 40:56A-6). L.1975, c. 334, s. 4, eff. March 3, 1976.
