§ 40:54D-40 — Construction of act
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
40.Nothing in this act shall be construed to authorize or empower the authority to: a. Vacate, close, connect with, adjust, relocate, cross or otherwise physically affect any State highway without written approval by the Commissioner of Transportation; or b. Acquire State property or any interest therein by the exercise of the power of eminent domain. L.1992,c.165,s.40.
