13.There is created for a tourism improvement and development district established pursuant to P.L.1992, c.165 (C.40:54D-1 et seq.), a reserve fund to be held by the State Treasurer, but not to exist in the State Treasury, to be the repository for monies paid to the State Treasurer pursuant to P.L.1992, c.165 (C.40:54D-1 et seq.), and disbursed as provided herein. L.1992,c.165,s.13; amended 1997, c.273, s.4.
