§ 40:54D-12 — Revenues deposited in funds
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
12.
a.All revenues from a tax on predominantly tourism related retail receipts collected by the director under an ordinance adopted and authorized pursuant to this act, P.L.1992, c.165 (C.40:54D-1 et seq.), shall be retained by the State Treasurer for deposit in the fund established pursuant to section 13 of this act, P.L.1992, c.165 (C.40:54D-13), to be used and distributed according to P.L.1992, c.165 (C.40:54D-1 et seq.).
b.All revenues from tourism assessments collected by the director under an ordinance adopted and authorized pursuant to this act, P.L.1992, c.165 (C.40:54D-1 et seq.), shall be retained by the State Treasurer for deposit in the fund established pursuant to section 9 of P.L.2002, c.72 (C.40:54D-14.1) to be used and distributed according to the terms of that section. c
