39.The authority shall cause a financial audit of its books and accounts to be made at least once each year by certified public accountants pursuant to the "Local Authorities Fiscal Control Law," P.L.1983, c.313 (C.40A:5A-1 et seq.), and copies thereof shall be filed with the State Treasurer and with the State Auditor. L.1992,c.165,s.39.
