30.Neither the members of an authority nor any person executing bonds or notes issued pursuant to P.L.1992, c.165 (C.40:54D-1 et seq.) shall be liable personally on the bonds or notes by reason of the issuance thereof. L.1992,c.165,s.30; amended 1997, c.273, s.15.
